Hallöchen allerseits! Nach zig Absicherungen, habe ich nunmehr dieses scantool Nessus installiert , compiliert, cta..., adduser, nessusd-d, cta... Jedoch, wenn ich mich einloggen will, werden diese Plugins nicht geladen, das Programm stürtzt ab, mit der Meldung, man könne sich nicht einloggen. Läuft dieser Nessusserver eigentlich auf meinem PC, und muss ich denn online gehen, um mich "scherheitstechnisch" zu scannen, oder muss mich jemand im Net, den ich kenne scannen, oder wie soll man das verstehen? Ja, der Server sollte auf deinem Rechner laufen, du musst erst den Nessus-Server starten mit "rcnessusd start" dann kannst du den Client starten, dann wird er auch die PlugIns laden, und die Software läuft. 8) Du könntest den Nessus-Client auch auf einer anderen Maschine starten, diese sich dann mit dem Nessus-Server verbindet. Im Nessus kannst du dann ganze Netzwerke oder nur einzelne Hosts scannen. Wenn du einen Host im Internet scannen willst, dann musst du entsprechend auch deine Firewall bearbeiten, wenn du eine laufen haben solltest. Achja, wenn du Windows Rechner im Netz haben solltest, dann sei vorsichtig mit den PlugIns, die mit einem Ausrufezeichen markiert sind, denn unter umständen könnte der Windows-Rechner mit einem Blue- Screen oder ähnlichem reagieren. ;) Ich hoffe, du kommst mit den Infos weiter..
