Suse8.2, 9.1 und 9.2 und das AbitKV7 mit S-ATA, IDE-Controllern

ist mir gerade aufgefallen: Suse 8.2: erkennt S-ATA nicht -> IDE-Festpl. sind hda, hdb, hdc, hdd Suse 9.1: erkennt S-ATA als hda und hdb, -> IDE-Festpl. werden zu hdc, hdd, hde, hdf Suse 9.2: erkennt S-ATA als sda und sdb, -> IDE-Festpl. sind hda, hdb, hdc, hdd wobei bei 9.2 das S-ATA-Raid im BIOS auf enabled stehen muß , sonst kann nicht gebootet werden, wie das bei 9.1 war, weiß ich nicht mehr, Suse 9.1 habe ich nirgends mehr drauf. Bleibts bei der Erkennung als SCSI-Geräte? Wohin geht der "Trend"? Was wird uns Suse9.3 bringen, noch eine Variante? Das Abit KV7 hat so ein RAID drauf, das zwar ein eigenes BIOS hat, aber eigentlich zu 99% ein Soft-Raid ist und spezielle (Win-)Treiber braucht. Ekkard
