Hallo, ich hab einen DSL Router unter Suse 7.3 laufen. Das Problem ist jetzt, daß die offenen Dateien schön langsam hochschaukeln, was mir nicht wirklich gefällt. Der Router geht per Dial on Demand ins Netz. Ich vermute, daß der pppd nicht sauber arbeitet und daher bei jeder neuen Einwahl ein neues File geöffnet wird ??? lsof zeigt <schnipp> identify protocol pppd 558 root 166u sock 0,0 5150449 can't identify protocol pppd 558 root 167u sock 0,0 5172160 can't identify protocol pppd 558 root 168u sock 0,0 5189493 can't identify protocol pppd 558 root 169u sock 0,0 5215464 can't identify protocol pppd 558 root 170u sock 0,0 5237225 can't identify protocol pppd 558 root 171u CHR 108,0 2092214 /dev/ppp </schnipp> Was hat denn die aufsteigende Nummer im FD zu bedeuten? Was kann man dagegen machen? Gruß Uli
