berechtigung rekursiv fuer verzeichnisse?
hallo und guete abig! kann ich in der shell mit chmod -R 777 .... irgendwie nur die rechte der verzeichnisse aendern nicht aber die der dateien? danke und gruss marius

Das kann ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Und die Antworten darauf auch nicht. Bei mir hat ein kleiner Test tadellos alle Rechte von allen Dateien so wie Verzeichnisse geändert. Keine der Antworten hier ist falsch, aber wieso haben alle so unkritisch akzeptiert, daß die Dateien nicht geändert werden? Habe ich was verpasst? Ich habe Marius so verstanden, daß er nicht *will*, daß der Modus der Dateien verändert wird. Er *will* nur ihm nur bei den Verzeichnissen verändern. Ich kenne die Antworten nicht, aber a) mit chmod -R änderst Du immer (!) Dateien _und_ Verzeichnisse b) willst Du nur Verzeichnisse oder nur Dateien ändern, nutze find mit der entsprechenden Option (z.B. find . -type d -exec chmod 777 {} \; oder find . -type d | xargs chmod 777 Wo ist dein Problem? Wenn ich jetzt sarkastisch ware dann würde ich sagen wer lesen kann ........ chmod -R 777 macht keinen Unterschied zwischen Dateien und Verzeichnissen und der sollte wohl ja doch gemacht werden.
