/etc/exports ist nur für NFS (man 5 exports). Die ftpds haben alle ihre eigenen Konfigurationsdateien (/etc/proftpd.conf z.B.). Ich empfehle, die man-page des auserwählten ftpd zu lesen. autsch, der Mann hat recht. Ich litt wohl gerade an einer Unterzuckerung :-) da mir die Antworten auf meine Anfrage im Thread Diabetisch Linuxianer zu denken gaben. Die ftpds sind bei SuSE in den entprechenden config Dateien aber bereits eingerichtet, sodass zumindes anonymous ftp moeglich sein sollte. Vieleicht liegts nur an root oder kein Eintrag in der /etc/hosts und oder /ezc/hosts.allow Was sagt denn /var/log/messages wenn ftp localhost eingegeben wird.
