Hallo zusammen, ich wollte jetzt zum experimentieren Linux auf einem alten 486er installieren und für mein NT als Samba Server testen. Haken: 486 ohne CD-ROM, d.h. ich möchte Linux über Netz oder FTP installieren. Netzwerkkarten installiert, ließen sich anpingen, doweit OK Habe dann mein CD-ROM unter NT freigegeben "CD-ROM", dem NT-Rechner eine IP verpaßt "134.147.101.11" und das ganze als Installationspfad bei der Abfrage angegeben: //134.147.101.11/CD-ROM -> Pfad ist angeblich ungültig oder ich weiß nicht, was ich noch zusätzlich mit angeben muß. Version 2 war, CD-ROM per IIS von MS als FTP freizugeben, bei der Installation (diesmal Redhat 5.1 statt Suse 5.0) hatte ich ungefähr 120 mal die Meldung, daß die Dateien nicht gefunden wurden.
