Ich glaube nicht, dass das, was Du vorhast, fuer einen Ungeuebten so einfach machbar ist. Der Standard-Kernel der SuSE 8.2 auf der CD, der auch zum Installieren verwendet wird - er ist ja schon etwas aelter, wird die Unterstuetzung vermutlich nicht haben. Also muesstest Du fuer den Installations-Kernel der 8.2 vorher ein angepasstes Modul erstellen und beim Booten vor dem Installieren laden. Dazu gibt es ein ganzes Howto, das sich unter http://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/suse/ftp.suse.com/people/hvogel/Update-Media-HO... befindet. Evtl. geht es einfacher, wenn man von Festplatte statt CD aus installiert. So richtig verstehen, warum Du die Funktionalitaet brauchst, tue ich allerdings nicht - da es sich eh um ein "fakeraid" handelt, kannst Du etwas in der Art auch einfach mit Linux-Bordmitteln loesen.
