ich habe folgendes Problem mit der neuen Suse 6.0Oe
Cdrecord (und damit xcdroast) funktionieren bei meinem Teac CD-R55S nicht, cdrecord bricht mit einer Fehlermeldung "cdrecord: Cannot allocate memory. Cannot send SCSI cmd via ioctl" ab. Das Problem tritt sowohl mit Kernel 2.0.36 als auch mit 2.1.131 ff. auf, SCSI-generic support ist aktiviert und der CD-Writer funktioniert als normaler Reader hervorragend. Ich habe nachfolgend die Ausgabe der Kommandos cdrecord, dmesg und lsmod angehaengt.
Hat einer eine Idee, was da los ist ?
Das Problem hatte ich auch, zumindest unter 2.2.0prex. Loesung: Ich habe mir das Binary von

geladen (mit gunzip auspacken). Damit funktioniert es dann.
