Allerdings solltest Du in einer solchen Situation in jedem Fall einen Anwalt zu Rate ziehen. Ließ Dir meine Frage noch mal genau durch. Ich habe geschrieben, daß ich fristlos kündigen möchte. Ich hätte keine Lust, bei so einem Verein noch eine Minute länger zu arbeiten. Oops, falsch gelesen. Das ist schon interessanter. Du kannst aber praktisch auch gleich zur Staatsanwaltschaft gehen, falls es zu einem Prozeß vor dem Arbeitsgericht kommt. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, daß Dein Chef Dir Schwierigkeiten machen würde.
