Neustart Linux von DVD -> Start von bereits installiertem System -> Auswahl von zwei roots (hdb5 oder hd7). -> Bei beiden Aufhänger bei hotplugging. Liegt das überhaupt an den Änderungen von MBR usw. oder ist das Zufall (hotplugging hängt sich bei mir gerne mal auf - aber sonst eher beim shutdown). Mit den beiden Bootdisketten geht gar nix. Wegen der häufigen Neuinstallationen betreffen die möglicherweise einen Vorgänger. Jedenfalls müßte es doch auch von DVD gehen, da diese ja die Installationen als solche erkennnt. Peter
