Sehe ich auch so. Die Frage ist, wenn einem, als Sysadmin, ein solches Ansinnen angetragen wird, ist das ein Grund für eine fristlose Kündigung des Arbeitsvertrags, seitens des Arbeitnehmers, also des Sysadmins? Müßte doch, es ist doch unzumutbar in einem Unternehmen zu arbeiten, daß von mir ein Verfassungsbruch erwartet. Auf keinen Fall kannst Du entlassen werden, weil Du ablehnst, eine Straftat zu begehen. Allerdings solltest Du in einer solchen Situation in jedem Fall einen Anwalt zu Rate ziehen.
