Hallo alle zusammen, ich bekomme es einfach nicht hin, diese hässliche Schriftart (unter KDE) in den Menüs von Mozilla und Gkrellm dauerhaft zu ändern. Nun habe ich schon mächtig gegoogelt, aber es funktioniert noch nicht so richtig. So weit ich das nun herausgelesen haben, benutzen diese Anwendungen die Schriftarten die unter Gnome eingestellt werden. Gnome habe ich nicht installiert. Im Netz habe ich dann einen Tipp gefunden, das ganze mit dem Befehl xfce-setting-show einzustellen. Klapp auch wunderbar, nur nach einem Neustart ist alles wieder weg. Dann lief hier was in der Liste mit einem Link, aber da komme ich nicht richtig weiter. Dort steht unter anderem: touch ~/.no-qtrc-to-gtkrc-mapping vi ~/.gtkrc include "/opt/gnome/share/themes/Geramik/gtk/gtkrc" vi ~/.gtkrc-2.0 include "/opt/gnome/share/themes/Geramik/gtk-2.0/gtkrc" Nun habe ich mein schlaues Linux-Referenz-Buch geschnappt und nachgeschaut. mit 'touch' wird die Zeitmarke einer Datei auf die aktuelle Systemzeit verändert. Na gut, warum nicht. Weiter steht, wenn die Datei nicht vorhanden ist, wird sie angelegt. Auch gut. vi ist ja nun ein Editor und ich denke, ich soll dann in die Datei gtkrc die include Zeile eintragen. Da fängt das nächste Problem an mit vi habe ich noch nicht gearbeitet, also habe ich einfach 'kedit ~/.gtkrc' eingegeben und die Zeile eingetragen. Das gleiche auch mit gtkrc-2.0. Aber alles bracht keinen Erfolg. In welchem Verzeichnis müssen diese Dateien zum Schluss stehen? Welche Rechte müssen sie haben? Bin ich total auf dem Holzweg??? Merkwürdig ist, wenn ich mich als root einlogge, sind alle Schriftarten i.O. und das schon seit der Installation. Muss ich einer besonderen Gruppe angehören um diese Schriftarten auch nutzen zu können? Hoffe das mir jemand weiterhelfen kann. Gruß Harry
