Passiert nichts. Der init fängt kill -9 ab. ;) Kann auch sein, daß kill es nicht weiter gibt.
init ist wohl immun, man sehe $ strace kill -9 1 execve("/bin/kill", ["kill", "-9", "1"], [/* 72 vars */]) = 0 uname({sys="Linux", node="delphin", ...}) = 0 brk(0) = 0x804aa48 open("/etc/ld.so.preload", O_RDONLY) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or directory) open("/etc/ld.so.cache", O_RDONLY) = 3 [...] kill(1, SIGKILL) = 0 _exit(0) = ? $ Also, der SIGKILL geht raus, aber init lebt noch.
