Die Mentalität, die Du gerade schilderst, hat schon zu Schlimmeren geführt als ein paar abgehörten Mailaccounts. Deshalb sollte man sowas ja im EINZELFALL entscheiden. Erstmal feststellen, ob das "Abhören" der Mailaccouns in DIESEM KONKRETEN FALL überhaupt unberechtigt ist und um was es geht. Und dann entscheiden.
Und nicht einfach so pauschal "sowas mache ich nicht, dann kündige ich halt eben". Sage ich ja. Vor allem sage ich, daß ich in jedem Fall unäbhängigen Rat eines Anwalts einholen würde.
