was hast du eigentlich gegen webmin? man kanns ja kurs anwerfen, einstellen, und wieder löschen - nacher kannst dir dann anschaun was es verändert hat...
Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob webmin in der Version x.x mit der gerade aktuellen sendmail Version 8.12.4 umgehen könnte. Ausserdem habe ich bisher _immer_ m4-Makros verwendet; das sollte auch jetzt gehen.

In der ist alles klar. Die habe ich seit einiger Zeit schon nicht mehr angefasst. Der Link ist nicht mehr aktuell. Bei 8.12.4 liegt sie nun wie auch sendmail.cf in /etc/mail.
und zu guter letzt - das ist der punkt den ich unter webmin meinte - setz in der /etc/sendmail.cf in der letzten zeile O MatchGECOS=True ein - suche obs irgendwo anders schon mal steht, und kommentiere es mit # aus.

Die Hinweise habe ich verwendet, um noch einmal die Punkte zu überprüfen, aber leider hat es nicht geholfen ccD
