Hallo Liste. Ich habe ein Problem und komme nicht mehr weiter mit Cups. Der Druckerserver ist auf Suse 8.2, die Clientrechner sind Windows und Linux, auf Linuxclients gibt es keine Probleme, ich kann von den Linuxclient ohne Probleme drucken. Aber wenn ich mit Windows 2000 drucken möchte fängt das Problem an. Wenn ich ein Netzwerkdrucker einrichte mit der URL http://serverip:631/printers/druckername bekomme ich die Meldung das der Drucker nicht gefunden werden kann. Danach kann ich zwar einen Lokalen Drucker mit der Url einrichten (derPort ist nun vorhanden) aber Drucken tut der Drucker trotzdem nicht. Habe auch den Ipp Client von Hp probiert und hierüber den Drucker eingerichtet klappt leider auch nicht. Es hat nur mir diesem Tool funktioniert was aber ziemlich umständlich ist, da man immer über die Eingabeaufforderung jedesmal den Druck eingeben muss. Es funktioniert mir einen ippclient von: http://www.shinesoft.com/ipp/ipptools.html Problem bei der ganzen Sache ist das nicht einfach aus einen Programm aus von 2000 gedruckt werden kann und das die Schriftgrößen nicht übernommen werden. Bei Windows Xp sieht die Sache ähnlich aus, hier kann ich sogar unter Netztwerkdrucker den Drucker einrichten mit der URL: http://serverip:631/printers/druckername Leider Druckt der Drucker nicht. Beim Drucker steht (Bereit). Habe auch in Win unter den Drucker Einstellungen eingestellt das der Druck direkt zum Drucker gesendet werden soll aber auch das hat nichts gebracht. Unter Samba habe ich auch den Drucker freigeben, wird auch schön immer von den Windowsclients gefunden. Es steht auch der Drucker wäre bereit, leider auch kein Druck. Mein bestreben ist es aber den Drucker als IPP Drucker einzurichten und nicht über Samba. Soweit ich gelesen habe unterstützen Windows 2000 und XP das IPP Protokoll. Ich kann auch über dem Browser auf dem Drucker zugreifen und es klappt ja wenn auf der Clientseite Linux installiert ist. Trotzdem hat es jemand von Euch geschafft von einen Windowsclient auf Cups zu Drucken? Muss ich auf der Windowsseite noch irgend etwas installieren (lokal werden die Druckertreiber installiert) Und habe ich irgend etwas übersehen? hier ist auch noch meine Cups.conf Hoffentlich kann mir einer von Euch helfen.
