befriedigend gelungen. Nun möchte ich jedoch meine Partition /home mit allen Usern ins neue System übernehmen.
mein Vorschlag: /home bei der Installation _nicht_ mounten, installieren, ggfs. mit Dummy-User /home manuell mounten (und in die fstab einbinden)
So, oder bei der Installation alten Usernamen mit UID anlegen. Auf jeden Fall vor der Neuinstallation kontrollieren, ob Yast die fstab richtig übernommen hat und die part. mit vorher übereinstimmt. Yast ist da sehr automatisiert/eigenmächtig. Ein kleiner Fehler und nach Formatierungsbeginn ist das /home meist im nirwana :-(
Benutzer anlegen (mit den passenden UID und GID)
das ist wichtig Nutzername UID Nr.500 z.B. muß nacher übereinstimmen. Für Leute mit SCSI-Controllern kann ich ne alte 2-10GB UW-Platte empfehlen.
