Danke für den Hinweis. Ich habe diese Optionen tatsächlich in der fstab gehabt, aber jetzt durch Googeln herausgefunden, dass ich als gemeiner User nur mount /mountpoint oder mount /devicenode angeben muss. Ein mount mit allen notwendigen Optionen - wie ichs bislang immer versucht habe - darfs nicht sein. Wieder was dazu gelernt.
Und dann heisst es häufig noch in einer Fehlermeldung, dass das betreffende Gerät auf dem Mountpoint noch benutzt wird, während ich doch sämtliche Programme, die ich auf dem Desktop laufen hatte, gestoppt habe.

Auch hier sagt Googeln, dass ich wie folgt herausfinden kann, wer das Gerät im Mountpoint festhält: Als root: /sbin/fuser -v /mnt/benq bash: /sbin/fuser: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden Hm. Und eine andere Quelle sagt, dass ich wie folgt den Dämon neu starte und so den Mountpoint zum Umounten freigebe: Als root: /etc/init.d/famd restart bash: /etc/init.d/famd: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden Auch hm. Der FAM-Daemon scheints also nicht zu sein. Guido
