Hallo zusammen, ich hatte mein MO-LW nach der Installation von SuSE 8.2 wegen der vielen Fehlermeldungen erst einmal abgeklemmt. Nun ist es aber an der Zeit, wo ich das Teil wieder benutzen muss:-) Was mich tierisch nervt: Wenn ich kein Medium eingelegt habe, dann erscheinen die Kernelmeldungen [1] schon in /var/log/boot.msg Bei jedem Zugriffsversuch auf das LW und bei jedem Scan des SCSI-Bus wiederholen sich diese Eintraege. Wie kann ich dem System beibringen, das MO-LW zu ignorieren, wenn kein Medium eingelegt ist? Ich moechte auch nicht sinnlos ein Medium im LW liegen lassen um die ca. 1000 Zeilen/Tag in der /var/log/messages zu unterbinden. Wer hat einen Tip ? Besten Dank! MfG Th.
