An update that has two recommended fixes can now be installed.

Description:

This update fixes the following issue with qinternet: - bnc#852862, bnc#864395: libpng16 introduced an format restriction for PNG files (IDAT: invalid distance too far back). This update fixes icons used by qinternet.
