## Description:

This update for dpdk fixes the following issues:

  * Add requires for python3 and which since dpdk-tools needs python
    (bsc#1219990)
  * Provided DPDK modules taint the kernel as unsupported (bsc#1214724,
    jsc#PED-8431)
