Description:

   This update for openmpi3 fixes the following issues:

   - Fix bad rdma component selection which can cause stall when running on
     multiple IB nodes. (bsc#1196838)
   - Move rpm macros to %_rpmmacrodir. (bsc#1191390)
   - Add build support for gcc8/9/10 to HPC build. (bsc#1174439)
