Martin Schlander noticed that upstream fixes wouldn't be picked up even though they should have been.

Due to this I investigated and noticed a mean script bug that must have slipped in while splitting the desktop po file into several smaller.

Now I fixed it and this means you'll see tons of "upstream fixes" that might suprise you. You can review commit 39213 to check, but be warned: you can not fix them yourself - if the translation is really bad you have to get it fixed upstream (or in tough cases file a bugzilla.novell.com to get it patched out of the desktop file).
