I am pleased to announce that we finally solved all problems blocking us from the Weblate upgrade. The current Weblate 3.6.1 will be first upgraded to a mandatory intermediate version (4.1.1 in our case), and that version will be upgraded to 4.5.1. (We will update to the latest 4.5.3 later, as we don't have a repo for it yet.) The process will require 4 hours in the ideal case. Weblate could not be used during that time, as the migration process will modify the format of the database. I want to migrate this week, probably in Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon/evening of UTC.
