Everybody can use PoEdit tool for editing po files. It is in devel:translation repository. You can use search tool and 1 click install on page http://software.opensuse.org/search. The new version 1.3.9 also allows to edit update-desktop-files.sk.po because the older version used to remove lines with msgctxt.
