[opensuse-translation] Something strange in lokalize
Hi, I use lokalize to do the openSUSE translations. When I open the trunk/lcn project I get a list of the .po files in the Project Overview tab. The strange thing is that two files do not show up there: kiwi.nl.po and sax.nl.po. When I click on Open I can open them OK. Anybody seen this too? I have the same problem when opening 11.2branch/lcn; also these two files do not show. -- fr.gr. I had that problem too. Also have a problem with a few KDE po/pot files that don't seem to want to appear in lokalize project view (using lokalize from 4.4.3). I guess some files trigger some bug. Don't have any solution - other than checking out the web based stats from time to time and not trusting lokalize project view alone. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-translation+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-translation+help@opensuse.org

Hello, I have same problem for Czech language. I use KDESVN to check trunk repository and Lokalize for translations. Mostly in WebYaST, but also in LCN and YaST are some PO files gray and marked as having zero strings. So I can not do anything with them. But they are included in stats on the web and they do have some strings... Very strange.
I have the same problem when opening 11.2branch/lcn; also these two files do not show.

I got an answer from the developper after filing a bugreport. In his newest version these files are shown, so it is apparently a solved bug. So we wait for the newest version of lokalize. -- fr.gr. I hope new version will be available in two days or so - deadline of translations for 11.3 is coming... :-) -- Vojtěch Zeisek Komunita openSUSE GNU/Linuxu Community of the openSUSE GNU/Linux http://www.opensuse.org/ http://web.natur.cuni.cz/~zeisek/

I am afraid that now you know these two files do not show up in lokalize, you have to open them via the menu Open and navigate to your directory with these files, to open them and do the translation, if have not done the translation already. -- fr.gr. Below is the comment of the developer: --- Comment #6 from Nick Shaforostoff <shafff ukr net> 2010-06-02 23:33:48 --- kiwi.nl.po is shown in trunk version of Lokalize. sax.nl.po is not shown because it doesn't contain POT-Creation-Date line in it's header. (i.e. it became visible when i added such line to it -- i just copied it from kiwi.nl.po) lokalize 4.4.3 (from debian package) indeed doesn't show the files. My answer was that also bootloader.nl.po does not have a POT-Creation-Date either, but it does show up in the list. -- fr.gr. It will be deleted automatically again, I think, because sax.pot does not contain that line. It should. No idea who/what is responsible for that fault. - -- Cheers, Carlos E.
