[opensuse-translation] License agreement
Hi, I'd like to know, how to translate openSUSE License Agreement. Where is it located? Can be translated directly or have to be consulted with some law department, if it's correct? Thanks. The license itself is stored at http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/12.2/repo/oss/license.tar.gz with all the translations (see license.translate.txt). Speaking of actual translation, let's quote coolo: "Stephan Kulow 2012-07-11 12:40:08 UTC Exactly, feel free to patch the file. It lives in skelcd-openSUSE package" As the license is the law related text, it is recommended to consult some qualified guy while translating. Karl, do you know who is in charge for accepting new license translations now? -- Regards, Minton. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-translation+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-translation+owner@opensuse.org

I guess it is still coolo. Just translate it, then either submit it via a bugzilla attachment or, if you are familiar with the build service (OBS) and all this, submit it via the OBS, please. -- Karl Eichwalder SUSE LINUX Products GmbH R&D / Documentation Maxfeldstraße 5 90409 Nürnberg, Germany GF: Jeff Hawn, Jennifer Guild, Felix Imendörffer, HRB 16746 (AG Nürnberg) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-translation+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-translation+owner@opensuse.org

Hi, Maybe we should add it to lcn folder as well so it gets more translations and updates when needed. Regards, Luiz -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-translation+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-translation+owner@opensuse.org

As long as it is not me, who shall be responsible for it ;) I'd say coolo (or one from the release team) should please decide what would be the best. -- Karl Eichwalder SUSE LINUX Products GmbH R&D / Documentation Maxfeldstraße 5 90409 Nürnberg, Germany GF: Jeff Hawn, Jennifer Guild, Felix Imendörffer, HRB 16746 (AG Nürnberg) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-translation+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-translation+owner@opensuse.org

I prefer a single source for the license and that's the package. Greetings, Stephan -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-translation+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-translation+owner@opensuse.org
