[opensuse-translation] Updating translations of software.o.o for activedoc
I have uploaded a new version of software-opensuse-org.pot (and corresponding po). Only one minor change in fact. Starting with 13.1, the documentation (including the startup guide) have been moved to activedoc.opensuse.org. Currently software.opensuse.org still points to the old urls, which is not a problem because we have some redirections for the startup guide and the corresponding warnings in the front page of docs.o.o. I didn't wanted to break the localized versions introducing the changes today, but I have updated the translation svn and as soon as we have enough translations, I will drop the old links in software.o.o. So I will highly appreciate if you all spend a few minutes updating the translations (just two really minor changes). Thank you all. -- Ancor González Sosa openSUSE Team at SUSE Linux GmbH -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-translation+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-translation+owner@opensuse.org

https://doc.opensuse.org/release-notes/x86_64/openSUSE/13.1/ Where do we point to the translated version in that tree? Old link: https://www.suse.com/releasenotes/i386/openSUSE/13.1/RELEASE-NOTES.es.html new link: https://doc.opensuse.org/release-notes/x86_64/openSUSE/13.1 I don't see where to put the "ES" in there. There is no point in translating the document if they point to the English version, I prefer to leave the old link intact which points to the Spanish version, at suse.com. - -- Cheers, Carlos E. R. Hi, 2013/12/4 Carlos E. R. <carlos.e.r@opensuse.org>:
https://doc.opensuse.org/release-notes/x86_64/openSUSE/13.1/
Where do we point to the translated version in that tree?
Old link:
https://www.suse.com/releasenotes/i386/openSUSE/13.1/RELEASE-NOTES.es.html
new link:
https://doc.opensuse.org/release-notes/x86_64/openSUSE/13.1
I don't see where to put the "ES" in there.
Try https://doc.opensuse.org/release-notes/x86_64/openSUSE/13.1/RELEASE-NOTES.es... Cheers! --- Jan Papež (honyczek) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-translation+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-translation+owner@opensuse.org

Thanks! The link exist, although it is not on the activedoc site. Not even the English side uses activedoc... I do not understand Ancor's message. There is another reference: <a href="http://activedoc.opensuse.org/book/opensuse-start-up">openSUSE startup guide</a> that should be to the translated book, if it exists (I don't know). - -- Cheers, Carlos E. There are in fact two (unrelated) changes. - The release notes were moved from suse.com to opensuse.org (some weeks before the release) - The general documentation, including the Start-up guide, was migrated to activedoc (at release's day)
There is another reference:
<a href="http://activedoc.opensuse.org/book/opensuse-start-up">openSUSE startup guide</a>
that should be to the translated book, if it exists (I don't know).
Right now, it's only available in English and German. Cheers -- Ancor González Sosa openSUSE Team at SUSE Linux GmbH -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-translation+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-translation+owner@opensuse.org

Aha. Thanks for the clarifications :-) - -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R.
