It would be good that babel.opensuse.org become reality. Than it would be possible to have in one place vocabularies for many languages, that can be used by wiki and software translators.

Danish team also use similar low tech solutions. A wiki page with "standards" for "frequently appearing words". http://en.opensuse.org/DA-Translation#Hyppigt_forekommende_ord And a PO-compendium.
