[opensuse-translation] Authors in description of rpm (packages files)
Hi all, I have fixed typos in some rpm (and submitted them using obs) and I have noted that when the description contains authors, often they are not present in the .pot file. In particular, this happens when "Authors:" follows a line of dashes. Is it a bug of the script that generates pot files or is it wanted? Another question: when will pot files in packages be updated? OK. So we should remove from translations also the remaining "Authors:" that are still in pot files: - 3 in base2 and 6 in dvd6 from perl packages, - 1 in dvd1 from bridge-utils - 1 in dvd4 from libdlm They are there since there are no dashes before "Authors:"

My doubt is: actual description of a package (kblocks, in the example): ~~~~ KBlocks is the KDE version of the classic falling blocks game. Authors: -------- The KDE Team <kde@kde.org> ~~~~ current msgid: msgid "KBlocks is the KDE version of the classic falling blocks game." So, if rpm/zypper/yast looks for the actual description, it can not be found in the .pot/.po/.mo file but only if rpm removes Authors: before looking for the translation. Does this happen?
