We are basically done with the 12.2 translations--thanks for all your work!
ATM, I prepare an online update for desktop files (https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=774339). And a release notes update is probably due next week.
If you think other updates are needed, please create bugzilla entries.
Next week I'll probably create the 12.2 branch and the trunk will be open for openSUSE:Factory again.

As announced, the 12.2 branch now exists:
https://svn.opensuse.org/svn/opensuse-i18n/branches/openSUSE-12_2-Branch
and trunk is open for Factory:
https://svn.opensuse.org/svn/opensuse-i18n/trunk
It would be great if you all could help with identifying obsolete pot files, especially those that we no longer need.

Karl, earlier you used to wait a few weeks before branching translations of the new release, using trunk for the first translation update. Does immediate branching also mean the change of translation update source branch?

Yes, that's a good advise. If an online update is needed, I'll use the branch for it.
This time, I branched earlier to avoid confusion. Some developers assume that the trunk is open for Factory pot file updates right after a release ;-)

We now have 3 additional entries. Would be great, if you could lend a helping hand ;)
Next week, I'd like to publish it:

Thanks for all your help thus far; unfortunately, another iteration is needed.

Karl, recent update to 12.2 RN contains some "CHECKIT for 12.3" lines. Aren't those supposed for trunk instead of 12_2-Branch?

Oops, thanks for the alert! My bad. In a minute, I'll submit the right one--if you do not remove the message marked as "obsolete", my new merge will revive your old translations. In case of trouble, I can lend you a helping with the checking out the old revision.
