[opensuse-translation] How to handle openSUSE related translation bugs?
From time to time, there are translation bugs in Bugzilla. For example:

I've no idea whom I can assign such bugs (esp. now while we are switching to weblate). Isn't every language supposed to have some coordinator? Ie https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Localization_team opensuse-translation-de@opensuse.org seems to exist as account in Bugzilla for example. We haven't followed up on the call for volunteers by the board yet. One of the roles was a translation coordinator. opensuse-translation-de@opensuse.org seems to exist as account in Bugzilla for example.
Similarly for Czech, it can be announced at opensuse-cz@opensuse.org

For the old system, not for the new weblate system. For instance, I am one of the Spanish team coordinators, but I have no way to cope with new translation bugs. I have asked for volunteers to take over, but none did. However, on the .po file you can find who was the last translator of the file, with an email. The idea is to have a mail list set up as the default assignee in Bugzilla. The emails would be sent automatically by Bugzilla when it wants to, not by a person, any time he enters a new bug against "translation", or subsequent time that bug is modified. FWIW, the way it works in KDE’s Bugzilla is that there is a translation product (called ‘i18n’, which is probably a bad name) with a ‘component’ for each language. Each component has a default assignee, either the translation coordinator for that langauge or a mailing list for the language: https://bugs.kde.org/describecomponents.cgi?product=i18n When someone submits a bug report for a language, the person (or mailing list) responsible for that language is automatically assigned the bug report, and is responsible for fixing the problem. I think this solution works well. The only problem is that product is called ‘i18n’ instead of ‘translations’, so it’s difficult for people to find when submitting bug reports.
