Hi,
I'm a newbie OpenSUSE Translator. I check persian localization home page at http://i18n.opensuse.org/stats/trunk/fa/yast/index.php . some of po file marked as "Merge required" or "File missing", So what should i do?
I assume you have svn access to the svn server where these .po and .pot files reside. Make sure you checkout both these types of files, obviously in different folders. If the corresponding .po file for a .pot files does not exist, you create that .po file using the following command in a terminal: msginit --no-translator --no-wrap --locale=$loc --input=$pot --output=$pofile where loc has been assigned your local code. Mine is nl_NL.utf8, pot has been assigned the location of your .pot file and pofile has been assigned the location of the file where to store the .po file. When you already have the .po file you use: msgmerge --previous --backup=none -U $pofile $pot where pot and pofile have the previously defined values. -- fr.gr.
