I replaced Novell, Inc. with SUSE, LLC. in all license texts, but that won't do because "Novell, Inc." needs to be actually replaced with "SUSE LLC, or it affiliates". I upload my current version at http://stephan.kulow.org/license-SL/ - if you update it, send it to me.
