[opensuse-translation] Portugal Portuguese Translation

 Hello,  My name is Ricardo Martins, some years ago I helped with the Portuguese translation of OpenSuse. Nowadays I wanted to continue to work on it, but the translation teams page doesn't show any coordinator.
