I neither received a gift nor any announcement of such.
I think the gifts were (silently) dropped - a combination of the outsourcing of the box set, and the tough financial times is my guess.
I got a teaser e-mail :) in the beginning of December where I was asked for delivery address details and such, but the idea may have been dropped since then.
