please could you check why the opensuse-welcome package translation is not updated so long? There are some bug reports at bugzilla [0] about that.
Translations are updated at github source repository with version 1.8.0, but the package in distribution repositories remains at the old version 1.7.1 released in 2019. Two years ago there was pull request [1] from repository X11:Utilities [2], which could solve this, but it was declined.
