I think you have to send your request to Daniel (jdsn@suse.de), include the above details together with your desired password (use the attached script to create an encrypted password, the repo you want to use is opensuse-i18n)

This is at least the way it has been done before, if anything has changed Karl Eichwald will probably say something (in that case: Listen to Karl ;-) ) -- Kind Regards, Michael
