[opensuse-translation] What is the current procedure to ask for commit rights nowadays?

Hi, What is the current procedure to ask for commit rights nowadays in the translation branch? I would like to automate the submit from our translation tool and I would like to have a separate account for that - it's easier to keep track of the mistakes that could occur.
