[opensuse-translation] Preparing 11.4 translation online update

As usual, shortly after the release I'd like to prepare a translation update. Please, help with collecting info about parts that are worth an update. Webyast is already known. Which yast languages? Desktop components? There is already a about update-desktop-files: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=679089 BTW, if you resolve a translation bug and it deserves an online update, do not set its status to RESOLVED, but better assign it to me for packaging and releasing an update.
