Hello, Hi, David Is the splash boot entry "Start from a read-only snapshot" translatable?
If it is, where is it located?
Right now it's not. The line is brought to the boot screen from one of the grub config files (see [1]), where it is written by grub2-snapper-plugin (namely shell script [2] with hard-coded line). Even if you edit it there, you will need to re-install the bootloader to see the results and you will most probably loose your changes after using YaST bootloader module or kernel update . The grub2-snapper-plugin comes from SUSE patches to grub, see source file [3] in OBS. Sadly, shell scripts are not localizable. If you wish to start pushing devs to solve this properly and come up with the solution, you'll need to create a report in Bugzilla.
