[opensuse-translation] Adding a new language

Hi, I'm trying to add a new language on opensuse, here are the details; new language name: Nepali full name: Rojan P. BerliOs login: fool contact mail: rojjn@hotmail.com I had previously given the above details but this new language is not approved yet, so pls i would like to request to sanction this new language soon, so I could work on the project.
