[opensuse-translation] Merge required or File missing

Hi, I'm a newbie OpenSUSE Translator. I check persian localization home page at http://i18n.opensuse.org/stats/trunk/fa/yast/index.php . some of po file marked as "Merge required" or "File missing", So what should i do?
