I hope, I got it right. I created it, because we now have the first 11.5 related files (e.g., snapper), that do not belong to 11.4. Nevertheless, if you want to fix something 11.4 related, please submit to the branch!
The first 11.4 translation maintenance on-line update is out, but we will probably need another one. Please, add issues that you fixed since 2011-04-06 to https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=685148, either as comments or as blocking bugs ("depends on").
