[opensuse-translation] Translation of man pages

Hi list, a debian french translator contacted opensuse french community to talk about perkamon (https://alioth.debian.org/projects/perkamon/) a (nice?) tool to manage translation of man-pages. So, I have a question. How is handle translation of man pages in openSUSE?
