Hi, thanks for info. Only the trunk is counted now. Branches are broken. Displayed stats for branches are are not correct :-(. The reason is terrible slow counting on the server and some problems with scripts. As soon as everything works, I will send mail to opensuse-translation. -- Klara Dne Monday 12 of November 2007 21:39:10 Carlos E. R. napsal(a):
Hi!
We have noticed an error in the stats page for the Spanish tranlation that may unveil a deeper problem.
The stat page <http://i18n.opensuse.org/stats/openSUSE-10.3/es/yast/index.php> has this data:
Package Translated % Untransd % Fuzzy % Total
installation.es.po 200 63 % 88 28 % 26 8 % 314 casa-ats.es.po 12 12 % 65 67 % 20 20 % 97 bootloader.es.po 74 100 % 0 0 % 0 0 % 74 <=== product-creator.es.po 230 83 % 36 13 % 9 3 % 275 samba-server.es.po 250 94 % 14 5 % 0 0 % 264 sound.es.po 222 96 % 7 3 % 2 0 % 231
But my own data (which is the data in our svn tree for the 10.3 branch (not trunk) is different for one file:
fuzzy untranslated total installation.es 88 26 314 casa-ats.es 65 20 97 bootloader 53 324 381 <====== product-creator.es 36 9 275 samba-server.es 14 0 264 sound.es 7 2 231
After examining that huge difference, it turn out that the bootloader.pot file in 10.3 is quite larger that the .pot file in trunk (I have run "make update-po" on the es tree days ago, as you know).
I look in the "de" stats, and they are quite different, and correct:
bootloader.de.po 381 100 % 0 0 % 0 0 % 381
"fr2 stats also says "381" total messages.
Why then does the stat page say "74" for the Spanish version? That data seems to come from the trunk tree.
