I have installed lokalize (version 0.2 from above repos). the latest version I could find in those repos was lokalize-4.0.61-1.1.i586.rpm
Yes, that one. It says 0.2 in the about box.
this means it's not even 4.1. And KDE 4.1.1 contains alot of fixes (more then 15 bugs and crashes) comparing to 4.1, as it revieced wide testing be KDE translators
packages from Factory family of repos are more recent.
Unfortunately, the 4.1 repo, the one with factory in its name (KDE:/KDE4:/Factory:/Desktop/openSUSE_11.0/) requires also updating 'qt', which sounds to risky on my "production" system. So I can't.
I don't see when a message is marked fuzzy is italics not enough for you?
Now that you say it, I do see the italics. I'm used to the leds in the status bar in kbabel, but here they are terribly big and do not allow resizing.
other points (except for crash - i believe it doesn't present in the current version) are true, and they are being addressed. thank you for the report.
Welcome :-) Mmm, another one: doesn't highlight syntax in translated message. Backspace in middle of message moves cursor to first letter. I retry, backspace works now, and syntax is highlighted. I undo, and again backspace does not work. I go to another fuzzy. I highlight a word in the middle and start typing: word is deleted (correct), but cursor goes to first char, so new word is typed in the incorrect position. This makes fast typing next to impossible. I attach a photo so you see what I see. I'll have to wait till the round for 11.2 to test the status of lokalice again. - -- Cheers, Carlos E.
