The repos are already loaded, so a zypper dup or iso net install should get you final. I just did a RC2 update via DVD. That's not a reason for testing to stop. Work continues on updates to be ready at and after release announcement time.

Exactly. Also this testing can improve the releases notes. We are trying to put all the relevant information (mainly workarounds) for 13.1 bugs here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AkuHdcrRkoiXdGRKNUxXdFhhSjFEdVNvZW04ZE5yVlE&usp=sharing#gid=0 After that we will create the bugs for the release notes in bugzilla.

Hi All, I've tried a fresh installation on a test system and on VirtualBox, using the GNOME Live image. During the installation, i selected italian language. In both cases the system installed is partially italian and partially english. openSUSE 12.3 had the same problem, but smaller (just few parts of KDE, in my system, were in english). Here i have almost all the software installed by default through the GNOME image in english language (LibreOffice and other stuff included). I think that an experienced user can handle the problem, but newbie users coming from Windows could have problems. Should i fill the bug?
