yes, this one slipped through. However, I added this to the most annoying bugs list right then. There was actually someone burning this to a 9GB DVD to find, that the glibc-32 package was missing :-( openqa had only tested Build1033 that morning and found it OK. Last-minute-breakages are bad. However, I have meanwhile added an isosize check and will add more tests (e.g. gcc compiling kernel modules) to make sure that RC1 (coming in 12 days) will be better.
