[opensuse-testing] Sub-teams wiki-page

Hi! I have modified the sub-teams wiki page and added some objectives for each sub-team (except LAMP, as I have little idea here). If you are a member of the Testing Core Team please add yourself to one or more of the sub-teams listed on this page. Everyone is welcome to add to the objectives for the sub-teams, and to do that soon, so that we can get started with testing the RC1 (15-Oct) rigorously.
